Annual Spring Pig Roast

Chuck Bunnell '83 (left) gets a helping hand
from Chris Grzebieniak '85 on a piece that's just the right size.

You know the drill - arrive early, hover around the roaster, supervise the all-critical basting, pick out the prime cuts...and recall the great Pig Roasts of old. You know, like the one in '72 when Steve Dohar flew the pig to Angola as a passenger on his 2-seater. Or the one in '86 where Norman Reed had such a good time that he ended up at the police station. Or the one in '01 where Brian Vrablic's roaster lighting technique put him in the hospital (a mere flesh wound). Ah yes, good times.

Our annual spring pig roast is open to TSU students as well as Triangle alumni. This year's pig roast is at Commons Park in Angola on April 12, 2008. (map)

This year will mark our 26th consecutive year of AEPi, Nu Pi and Triangle pig roasts, so come and help us celebrate this quarter century milestone. We will have volleyball, kickball and other assorted activities. If you're looking for a place to stay, here's a list of local hotels

Check out these photos from the 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 pig roasts.
